Located in Jersey City’s Newport District, 2 Shore Lane is home to 71 luxury condominium units, a roof top garden and entertainment terrace. Similar to the surrounding buildings that create the neighborhood, 2 Shore Lane is wrapped in a taught skin of glass, metal panels, and brick. The façade, with its shifting patterns of materials, presents the illusion of an object in motion reflecting the vibrant life of the Newport neighborhood.

Working with Architect of Record, Poskanzer Skott Architects, and Design Architect, Woods Bagot, the building is a study of materials that is woven into the visual fabric of the city.
