100 STATE street - A SCHEMATIC STUDY

TEANECK, NEW JERSEY

This proposed 5 story low rise residential project was to be comprised of approximately 63 dwelling units. The building massing is 4 stories of 63 dwelling units over 1 story of street level parking. The sketches presented here represent the first thoughts of what the principle street façade might have looked like. The various façade options offered here are envisioned as a combination of cement board clapboard and panel siding, brick veneer, glass with metal frames, and metal panels. The sketches themselves are executed in Pentel Pen and Prismacolor markers on cream trace paper.
