A Sales Gallery for showcasing the condominium offerings at 2 Shore Lane and its companion building 75 Park Lane

Conceived as a temporary undertaking and located in the same community as 2 Shore Lane, this Display Gallery was designed to showcase for prospective home owners the luxury condominium offerings that were being designed for 2 Shore Lane and its companion building 75 Park Lane. Collaborating with architects Poskanzer Skott Architects and Woods Bagot this gallery was not only designed to showcase the amenities and exacting details that were planned for both buildings, but also served as the client’s real estate sales office for both properties. The real estate offices included a conference room, closing offices, restrooms and a serving kitchen for the client and the client’s guests.
